Find here summary statistics for GWAS of quantitative phenotypes height (standing height), leg-length (Leg), sitting height (SH), sitting-height ratio (SHR) adjusted for height and BMI.
Analysis was performed using BOLT-LMM; ckb subpopulations were evaluated separately and then meta-analyzed. Meta-analysis was perfomed using METAL.

Data is formatted with the following columns. Note RSID, A1Freq, and INFO are not included in the joint meta-analysis, and as such these columns have values of ".".
